Creating molecules is easy in Molecular Editor. First, start with a new Worksheet by selecting New from the File menu. You may then enter coordinates by using the Edit Coordinates item in the Edit menu or by double-clicking in an empty area of the Worksheet. You can connect bonds between the atoms by selecting two atoms and then selecting the bond you wish to have connecting the two.
Another way to create a molecule is to paste in a coordinate table and let Molecular Editor do the work for you. Just copy a table to the clipboard, run Molecular Editor, start a new Worksheet, and paste in the table.
